Sport? It starts on the road
With its 3.0-litre TDI engine that generates 251 kW (Fuel consumption combined¹,²: 6.4 l/100 km; CO₂ emissions combined¹,²: 169–167 g/km) and maximum torque of 700 Nm, the Audi S5 Sportback TDI¹ accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in 4.6 seconds and has an electronically regulated top speed of 250 km/h. Then there’s the quattro all-wheel drive with sport differential, which distributes drive torque actively and variably between the axles. The optional dynamic steering always adjusts the vehicle’s steering ratio and steering power to the vehicle speed. Audi drive select and the dynamic, comfort, auto, individual and efficiency modes allow you to directly adjust the driving style.
What makes the big picture? Every detail
Standard S-specific elements on the exterior of the Audi S5 Sportback² underscore its sporty design: S bumpers, radiator grille with honeycomb design in matt titanium black with inserts in matt aluminium silver, wide air inlets in the frame and blade in matt aluminium silver at the front. At the sides, there are the impressive 18-inch alloy wheels and the S sport suspension as well as exterior mirror housings in aluminium look and the illuminated door sill trims with S emblem at the front. And emphasising the width of the rear are the horizontal trim in matt aluminium silver surrounding the S diffuser, the S-specific twin tailpipes in chrome and the S rear spoiler. The vehicle pictured is equipped with optional Audi Sport³ alloy wheels in 5-twin-spoke polygon design in anthracite black, gloss turned finish⁴.
Brightly lit
Headlights with LED technology are now standard in the Audi S5 Sportback TDI². Matrix LED headlights with Audi laser light are available as an option. Audi laser light supplements the LED main beam at high vehicle speeds and provides noticeably more safety than the LED main beam by almost doubling the visual range. Dynamic light sequencing of the coming home/leaving home function and dynamic indicators are also part of this lighting package.
Intuition? And everything in focus
In the Audi S5 Sportback², functions such as the optional MMI navigation plus with MMI touch can be intuitively operated using the 10.1-inch MMI touch display or natural language interaction⁵. The optional Audi virtual cockpit plus brings the information most important to the driver into view on a 12.3-inch full HD display. The S-specific design puts the rev counter centre stage, with intuitive menu navigation and driver-oriented display.
